Fifteen years of running acclaimed food and beverage operations in Singapore ensure THE BEACH HUT today encapsulates its founder’s basic restaurant philosophy – you don’t need million dollar décor to make dining magical.

In short – natural is unquestionably best and it complements fine food brilliantly. So, whether you are enjoying a succulent rack of lamb or simply sipping a cup of coffee, your order at THE BEACH HUT always comes with . . .

A majestic setting beneath lush tropical trees providing dense, cool shade for daytime dining and a soothing, illuminated, leafy canopy at night.

An incomparable sea vista overlooking Singapore’s historic "eastern roads" where merchant vessels from far off lands have ridden gently at anchor since the days of Raffles. As the sun sets and evening approaches, lights from the ships dance across the water to provide a dazzling display for those at THE BEACH HUT.

Beyond the anchorage, the perpetually moving traffic of vessels – giant super tankers, imposing container ships, luxurious cruise-liners – moving east and west, day and night, through the Straits of Singapore, by far the world’s busiest shipping lane.

On the southern horizon, the mystical silhouettes of islands in Indonesia’s northern Rhiau grouping from where pirates once plundered the square rigged sailing ships of the spice trading era.

The combination of fine cuisine, resort-like ambience and fair prices has always been the mainstay of THE BEACH HUT’S operation since it first began trading in 1988.
